The Jamaica Diaspora Taskforce Action Network (JDTAN) introduces a new virtual workshop series – JAMINARS
JAMINARS platform are professional development and training opportunities delivered by volunteer experienced and credentialed Experts in the Diaspora. JAMINARS are a new opportunity for the Diaspora to give back intellectual and knowledge capital right from the comfort of their own homes via video conference. Attendees can access the content live, anywhere from their computer, tablets or mobile phone
Attendees will receive a certificate of completion at the end of each JAMINAR if they adhere to all the rules: joining by no later than 5 minutes after the workshop start time, following the video only requirement and completing an assessment survey at the close of the session.
JAMINARS started for Teachers but will expand to Nurses, Police Officers, Technologists and other private and public sector workers who are interested in benefiting from the content.
