The Jamaica Diaspora Taskforce Action Network (JDTAN) has a goal to plant at least 100,000 trees across Jamaica.
Our goal is to support Jamaica’s national tree planting goals, Jamaica Vision 2030 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Specifically, SDG 1 (Poverty), 2 (Zero Hunger), 4 (Quality Education), 5 (Gender Equality), 13 (Climate Action), 15 (Life on Land) & 17 (Partnerships) among others.
This project is in collaboration with the Caribbean Philanthropic Alliance (CariPhilAlliance), the Trees That Feed Foundation (TTF), the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) and others.
